Foundations of Qigong
Program Description
Foundations of Qigong is a 10-module course that starts in the fall of each year. This multi-year program focuses on developing the foundations of qigong and neigong which is the process of connecting our consciousness and our physical body. Using qigong postures, movements, and breath work, a student will waken deeper energetic centers, circulate qi, and shed patterns that no longer serve a purpose.
